Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–3 years of experience to join our growth-focused team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic outreach in both Indian and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Generate leads via LinkedIn, Upwork, email marketing, and other B2B platforms.
  • Develop and deliver customized presentations and proposals for client pitches.
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads consistently.
  • Build and nurture client relationships for long-term business growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align business goals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Attend networking events, industry meetups, and client meetings as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, IT services, or digital marketing agency sales.
  • Strong understanding of web development, digital marketing services, or SaaS.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, CRM software, Google Workspace, etc.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

  • Experience with proposal writing and RFP responses.
  • Understanding of basic technical concepts (web design, SEO, PPC, etc.)
  • Experience selling to international clients (US, UK, UAE, etc.)
