| 1 | Judgement and decisions related to the contest will be done by the Sofodel and its team which will remain the final decisions. |
| 2 | Dates of registration, submission and results are tentative and can be changed or extended depending on the number of participants, evaluation time and other related factors. |
| 3 | The final website should be on the live server. Localhost will not work. |
| 4 | Once the project is submitted, no changes to be done on the live website. If any further changes are found, you will be disqualified. |
| 5 | No use of paid themes and plugins and or any copyrightable materials. |
| 6 | Hiring of professionals, freelancers or agencies will not be entertained, if found you will be disqualified as you might be interviewed during the final rounds. |
| 7 | There is no fixed cash prize for the 1st ranker. The winner will receive a cash prize of ₹50,000 to up to 2.5 lakhs depending on the number of participants and sponsorships along with a trophy and winning certificate. |
| 8 | Job and internship offers may be provided only if there are openings in the company at the time both in Sofodel or Partner companies. |
| 9 | Sofodel will have all the rights to use the source code of the websites for commercial purposes. |
| 10 | Only individual developers can participate, no group or agency participation allowed. |
| 11 | Only WordPress Technology to be used. Any other CMS or technology won’t be accepted. |
