Digital Products and Services
Due to the nature of digital products and services, we generally do not offer refunds once access or downloads have been granted. However, exceptions may be made under the following conditions:
- You experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the product or service, and our support team is unable to resolve it.
- You were charged more than once for the same product or service.
- You accidentally purchased the wrong plan and notify us within 48 hours of purchase, without having used the service.
Subscription Plans
If you are subscribed to a recurring plan:
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the billing period.
- Refunds for Subscriptions: Refunds for subscription renewals will only be issued if the request is made within 7 days of the renewal date and no usage has occurred during that period.
Custom Orders or Services
